The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff were great, very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was great

The hotel is simple but clean and nice. What definitely stood out was the staff. I don't think any 5 star hotel in the world offers the same service as we experienced in this hotel. Every detail was thought of - from friendliness, ready to help, parking the car, getting it ready, serving breakfast, picking one up with an umbrella when it rains, always waiting by the door for guests to arrive and being very nice and corteous. Breakfast was also very nice, they bring you omelette and tapioca as well as coffee and tea pots and pão de queijo to your table, apart from the buffet!

Hotel has a good location. The staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast is very good and the staff offers additional services for guests. The neighborhood is also nice.

Veery nice personnel, very good breakfast. I liked the size of the room and the lights inside. Comfortable bed.
